STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Items are prepared frozen shipped with dry ice and ice packs Please put frozen items into the freezer and non-frozen items into the fridge if you do not plan on consuming them upon arrival. Please follow defrosting instructions if you plan on consuming foods upon arrival.
PROPER DEFROSTING METHOD
Upon receiving the delivery, please put the meat inside the fridge for 24 hours to slowly defrost it overnight. To defrost fast, please leave the meat in the unopened bag submerged in the cold water for 30 - 45 min.
GRILL RECOMMENDED FOR BEST RESULTS
Wait until the grill is hot enough to sizzle (450* – 500*F), Place the meat on the grill and cook until golden brown and slightly charred, and then flip it to cook the other side. The cooking time on each side will be approximately 30 seconds for Medium, 1 minute for Well Done. *Depending on the grill and the temperature, cooking time will vary.
