STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Items are prepared frozen shipped with dry ice and ice packs Please put frozen items into the freezer and non-frozen items into the fridge if you do not plan on consuming upon arrival. Please follow defrosting instructions if you plan on consuming foods upon arrival.

PROPER DEFROSTING METHOD
Upon receiving the delivery, please put the meat inside the fridge to slowly defrost it overnight. To defrost fast, please put the meat inside the bag unopened in the cold running water for up to 3 hours.

GRILL RECOMMENDED FOR BEST RESULTS
Wait until the grill is hot enough to sizzle, cook the meat until one side is light golden brown and then flip it to cook the other side. The cooking time on each side will be approximately 1 minute for Medium, 2 minutes for Well Done.

*Depending on the grill and the temperature, cooking time will vary. 5 house side dishes, salt, and dipping sauce can be enjoyed straight out of the jars.
